The researcher has chosen 30 puzzles that commensurate the level of cultural and age for members of the experimental group. The results of this study showed that there is statistically significant differences at the level of significance (??0.05) and in favor of experimental group in all areas of creative thinking test (fluency, flexibility, originality, and the total for the test), after using arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and independent and dependent sample T-Test. In addition, the results indicated that there is a significant difference in the significance level (??0.05)between pre" and "post" measurements for the experimental group and in favor of "after" measurement in all areas of creative thinking test (fluency, flexibility, originality, total test). This indicates the effectiveness of puzzles in the development of creative thinking among the experimental sample personnel skills, and lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (??0.05) in all areas of creative thinking test (fluency, flexibility, originality, total test) between "pre" and "post" measurements for control group.
