Abu Ubaidah Aamer bin Al-Jarrah Secondary School for Boys Visits Al al-Bayt University
A delegation of students from Abu Ubaidah Aamer bin Al-Jarrah Secondary School for Boys, affiliated with the Directorate of Education for Qasabat Mafraq District, from the vocational and technical BTEC track, paid an educational visit to Al al-Bayt University.
During their visit, the student delegation toured several university facilities, including the Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II Faculty of Information Technology, the Faculty of Technical Sciences, and the Computer Center, with the aim of learning more about the university, its faculties, academic programs, mission, and objectives.
The visit began at the Faculty of Information Technology, where Dean Prof. Mohammed Jaradat, in the presence of the heads of departments, welcomed the students and teachers, conveying the greetings of the University President. He provided a detailed explanation of the programs and specializations offered by the faculty, as well as the laboratories available for training and study. Assistant Dean Mr. Ahmad Al-Turk accompanied the student delegation on a field tour inside the faculty and its laboratories.
At the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Dean Prof. Majid Al-Harahsheh gave an overview of the newly established faculty. The student delegation also visited the Computer Center, the Networking and Technical Support Department, and the Systems and Security Department, where they received explanations from engineers Zaid Al-Harahsheh and Qadr Al-Khawalda about the systems in place.
The accompanying teachers—Sabri Al-Zayadneh, Abdulbari Al-Khawalda, Alaa Krishan, and Amjad Oweidat—expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to Al al-Bayt University for the warm reception and the valuable information provided, which enriched the students’ theoretical and practical knowledge beyond what they learn in the classroom.
