Smart Robotics Competition at Al al-Bayt University

The Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah College of Information Technology at Al al-Bayt University organized a robotics competition titled "Line Following Competition."

The Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammed Jaradat, emphasized that the competition provides a unique opportunity to observe challenges between smart robots utilizing the latest artificial intelligence and autonomous control technologies. It also allows students to engage with technological innovations.

The competition involved robots competing to navigate designated tracks in the shortest time with the fewest violations. The judging panel included:

  • Dr. Amjad Qutaish
  • Dr. Suhaila Abu Owaidah
  • Eng. Marwa Al-Habrawi
  • Student Bashar Harahsheh

The event was attended by the Director of the Computer Center, Dr. Wael Qassas, along with a number of students and technology enthusiasts.

The top three winning teams received advanced control boards to support their academic journey.
