The Effect of Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment in Jordanian Public Sector
The aim of this research is to undertake an investigation of the relationship between organisational justice, organisational commitment and psychological empowerment amongst employees within the public sector in Jordan. The study was undertaken through use of a questionnaire as the technique of data collection with 41 items measured upon a 5-point Likert scale; the size of the sample for the research comprised 209 employees from the Ministries centre. The research result showed there to be positive relationships between organisational justice and psychological empowerment. Towards the end of the paper there is discussion concerning the implications of the findings, the research limitations and a number of recommendations from the study.
