To celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet's migration, the President of the University, Professor Osama Nusair, sponsored a religious celebration organized by the Faculty of Sharia at Al al-Bayt University, in the presence of Sheikh Talal Al-Madi, former member of the Senate, and a number of faculty and administrative staff and university students, in the Prince Hassan bin Talal Amphitheater at the University.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the President of the University, Professor Osama Nusair, explained the university's efforts through the Faculty of Sharia in commemorating this great occasion, stressing the importance of the role played by the university in instilling moderate religious values in the hearts of students, and strengthening the authentic Islamic identity in the face of contemporary intellectual and cultural challenges.

The Dean of the Faculty of Sharia, Dr. Anas Abu Atta, delivered a speech in which he discussed the most prominent milestones of the Prophet's migration, and the values of tolerance, mercy, and moderation it carried, stressing that the migration was not just a physical relocation, but rather the establishment of an Islamic state based on justice, equality, and efficiency, from formation to empowerment and from supplication to succession, which was able to face the major challenges that were plaguing the nation at that time.

Abu Atta recalled the meanings of the migration, which spoke of details and events through important messages that Al al-Bayt University is proud to create an education that contributes to building a moderate and balanced Muslim personality, with accurate research and graduating generations of beacons and paths to achieve the formation of the Muslim personality, and presenting the civilization of the Islamic religion in a tolerant manner.
