The Faculty of Educational Sciences embraced the "Our Ability with Our Awareness" initiative in cooperation with the Mafraq Youth Directorate, as part of its continuous endeavor to support youth initiatives within the university and the local community.

The initiative, which was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Professor Youssef Miqdadi, spoke about the university's role in embracing curricular and extracurricular activities for university students, which in turn qualifies the student to be armed with the knowledge and skills necessary for the labor market.

For his part, the Director of the Mafraq Youth Directorate, Dr. Issa Al-Harahsheh, explained the directorate's training role for the youth category from the age of 17-24, by embracing and localizing youth initiatives and the continuous training role of the youth centers of the Mafraq Governorate, which are spread in the cities and villages of the governorate.

As for the trainer, Professor Faleh Alimat, he talked about the axes of the initiative and ways to achieve its goals, and this was represented through a group of Mafraq school students who had been trained previously.

At the end of the event, which was managed by Dr. Bayan Al-Madi from the Department of Educational Administration and Fundamentals, she explained the positive role of students in developing self-skills through continuous training through these effective initiatives. A lengthy discussion took place between the students and the trainer Al-Alimat about youth initiatives and ways to localize and activate them.​
