The Minister of Labor signs a cooperation agreement with the President of Al al-Bayt University in the field of training and employment. Al-Bakar and Nasir affirm the importance of training graduates and preparing them for the local and foreign labor market. The Minister of Labor, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vocational Training Corporation, His Excellency Dr. Khaled Al-Bakar, signed a cooperation agreement between the two parties in the field of training and employment with His Excellency Professor Dr. Osama Nusair, President of Al al-Bayt University. Dr. Al-Bakar emphasized the importance of this agreement, which enhances the concept of cooperation and partnership between the Ministry of Labor and Al al-Bayt University in providing training requirements, in cooperation with the Vocational Training Institute. For his part, Dr. Nusair appreciated the government’s continuous support for the journey of Al al-Bayt University in implementing training projects and programs, and serving youth and local communities, through the pioneering programs offered by the university aimed at enhancing the success of training in the professions needed by the local and foreign market. The signing of the agreement was attended by His Excellency Mr. Abdul Moneim Al-Awdat, Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, and His Excellency Engineer Yazan Al-Shdeifat, Minister of Youth. The agreement focused on cooperation in conducting various training programs covering all professional levels, training in professional and technical programs, and utilizing the capabilities of both parties to develop curricula and educational materials related to training. It also included utilizing the Center for Empowering Sustainable Development, collaborating on exchanging experiences, and organizing activities, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. The agreement also emphasized the exchange of data between the two parties related to the labor market and various training requirements, as well as utilizing the university's facilities to enhance training and rehabilitation opportunities for graduates and local community members.
