Al al-Bayt University announces the deadlines for submitting documents for the following programs: parallel/admitted students through direct admission/children of Mafraq Governorate/children of Jordanian women/children of employees/students holding non-Jordanian certificates in the regular program.
And the postponement of the military service booklet for all Jordanian male students.
All students accepted to Al al-Bayt University for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025 in the following programs: parallel/direct admission/students from Mafraq Governorate/children of Jordanian women/children of employees/students holding non-Jordanian certificates in the regular program must submit the following documents to the admissions and registration department/the relevant college registrar:
- A certified copy of the civil status identity for Jordanian students or a copy of the personal identification for non-Jordanian students.
- A transcript of the General Secondary Education Certificate in Arabic (original or certified copy for Jordanian certificates) or its equivalent for non-Jordanian secondary certificates (equivalence certificate or a recent valid equivalence application).
- The original Comprehensive Certificate or a certified copy of it (for bridging students).
This is to be done starting from Tuesday, October 29, 2024, until the end of business on Thursday, November 7, 2024. Any student who fails to submit the documents will have their portal closed and will not be able to use the portal or register for second-semester courses.
Notes:
1: All Jordanian male students (regular + parallel program) must postpone their military service booklet and ensure that the postponement is registered in the system; otherwise, they will not be able to register for courses in the upcoming semester at the military service office within the university (behind Qureish Complex - old Engineering College building).
2: Anyone who submits incorrect documents or applies for admission contrary to general admission policies will have their acceptance canceled and will not be entitled to request a refund of any fees paid.
