Duties and tasks of the Division:
Follow-up the various periodic and emergency maintenance works for the complexes and classrooms, and their cleanliness, and coordinate the reservation of halls for the purposes of examinations.
- Participate in the implementation and follow-up of procedures for providing administrative services, logistical support, and support for events and work tasks, such as: maintenance and facilities management.
- Supervision of buildings and their readiness.
Follow-up the transfer of materials and furniture to and from the halls.
- Securing teaching complexes with building supervisors and following them up.
