Al al-Bayt University stresses more on the enhancement of the learning environment by bringing in students from diverse cultural orientation to take classes and participate in some other activities in a more knowledgeable and culturally diverse environment. A unique unit has been formed to address the needs and concerns of the minority students in collaboration with the Department of International Students' Affairs. Services provided by the center encompass mental health support and outreach, social & cultural activities, and help with scholarships and donations in an effort to further inclusivity in higher education. The center even provides students with resources to help locate the involvement they wish to pursue, build community, and work hard academically in order to become useful citizens. They also have guidance and training sessions, trips of cultural and recreational nature, etc. along with students from Jordan.
