Innovative leadership and its relationship to the level of organizational excellence "An applied study on Jordanian higher education institutions"
The study aimed to identify the degree of innovative leadership practice and its relationship to the level of organizational excellence in Jordanian higher education institutions. To achieve the study's objective, a random sample was selected. It consisted of (400) academic and administrative workers in Jordanian higher education institutions. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of innovative leadership practice was medium, and the level of organizational excellence was medium. The results indicated that there is a positive (direct) statistically significant relationship between the degree of innovative leadership practice and the level of organizational excellence. In the light of the results, the study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to reduce the gaps and obstacles that impede creative and innovative work, and the need to find appropriate solutions for them to be reflected in excellence in the level of organizational performance.
