3. Starting the procedures to automate the collection of fees from participants in training courses.

4. Working on digitizing the certificates issued by the consulting center and issuing them in both Arabic and English.

5. Revising the organizational structure of the center and working on establishing an e-marketing department.

6. Unprecedented quality training agreements have been established in the field of conversation for foreign languages (English, German, French, Italian, Turkish), with trainers being native speakers of the language. The courses will begin at the start of the second semester.

7. Coordination and agreement with AMIDEAST to hold preparatory courses for the TOEFL and IELTS, in addition to continuing to conduct international tests for this purpose in collaboration with the e-learning center.

8. Following up on the training agreement with the International Academy for Community Health, which is considered the first of its kind among official Jordanian universities.

9. Conducting an assessment test for university students' abilities in the field of computer knowledge, in collaboration with Specto, the exclusive authorized agent for conducting the International Computer Driving License tests in Jordan.

10. Renewal of the agreement with Specto for the purpose of conducting ICDL exams at the university, thus making the university the exclusive location in Mafraq for this purpose.

11. Signing a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Public Administration.

12. Reassessing the effectiveness of agreements with private centers, terminating unproductive cooperation agreements, and starting to establish quality agreements.

13. Today, the introductory meeting for the training was held under the patronage of His Excellency the university president, with the presence of the most important active partners in training with the center. This is the first event of its kind in the center's history

14. Working on gathering the digital training content for the courses held or to be held at the center since 2023, with the aim of developing the digital training library.

15. An introductory day for foreign language courses in partnership with Princess Salma bint Abdullah College of Nursing and the "Bla Bla" team.
