About the participants
The fee is $300 or its equivalent for participants from
outside Jordan, includes accommodation in the university hotel with breakfast,
dinner and field trips inside and outside Mafraq Governorate, according to the
designed program.
The fee is $100 or its equivalent for participants from
inside Jordan with lunch.
The conference is scientific and all papers submitted to
the conference will be peer-reviewed by referees approved by the Scientific
Research Committee of the conference. The abstracts of the conference papers
will be published and uploaded on the conference link, and the university’s
electronic portal. The participating research papers will be published later,
after editing and peer-review, in a volume containing the conference
proceedings. A booklet will be printed containing conference sessions programs,
abstracts of the participating papers and other conference literature and
programs. A tourist brochure containing information about archaeological,
heritage, cultural and tourist sites in and around Mafraq will be distributed,
and brochures will be prepared for the most important tourist sites targeted in
the conference.
On the sidelines of the conference, a gallery of heritage
and cultural photos, and an exhibition of handicrafts by charities and social,
artistic and tourism initiatives will be held.
Coordination was made with Al-Manara Journal for Research
and Studies regarding scientific publishing in a special issue of the
conference, after going through the publishing procedures of the Journal.
