Cybercrimes have become a modern type of crime pattern. They are characterised by the fact that they transcend the borders of states. This led to the direction of the international community to cooperate to confront cybercrimes, as they have a great impact on the national security of states. Therefore, states and international organisations have sought to take joint measures to protect individuals, societies and companies from cybercrimes by concluding international and regional agreements.
