Methodos of Proving Insolvency in Islamic Jurisrudence

Abstract The study aims to explain insolvency by defining insolvency in language and terminology, and the terms of insolvency in the Qur?an and Sunnah. The study also aimed to explain how to prove insolvency, and the study showed the methods through which the insolvent person?s condition can be reached. The study reached a set of results, including: explaining the nature of insolvency, the terms of insolvency, and the methods of proving insolvency.
