The Level of Achieving The Quality of management information Systems for Educational Platforms Applied in the Ministry of Education From The Point of view of its Users
The study aimed to identify the level of achieving the quality of administrative information systems for educational platforms applied in the Ministry of Education from the point of view of its users, and to identify the impact of variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience) on this. The study sample was selected using a simple random method, and consisted of (340) male and female teachers. The descriptive survey method was used. The results of the study showed that the level of achieving the quality of administrative information systems for educational platforms applied in the Ministry of Education from the point of view of its users was average for all fields. The fields were (acquisition and development of information systems, organization of information security, physical and environmental security, access control, communications and operations management, asset management, and human resources security). The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample members to the level of achieving the quality of administrative information systems for educational platforms applied in the Ministry of Education from the point of view of its users, attributed to the variables of academic qualification in favor of the bachelor?s degree, and years of experience in favor of less than 5 years, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable.
