The institutional Governance and its Relationship with Decisions Transperansy among Alramtha Education Direcrote District School Principals.
The study aimed to identify the degree of application of institutional governance and its relationship to the transparency of educational decisions among school principals of the Education Directorate of Ramtha District. To achieve the study objective, the descriptive correlational survey approach was used, and a simple random sample of (325) male and female teachers was selected. A questionnaire was administered to them consisting of two axes: the first measured the degree of application of institutional governance and included three areas: (transparency, participation, accountability), and the number of its paragraphs amounted to (16). The second axis measured the degree of transparency of educational decisions and included four areas: (decisions, legislation, administrative communication, administrative accountability), and the number of its paragraphs amounted to (26), after verifying their validity and reliability. The study concluded that the degree of practice of institutional governance by school principals in Ramtha District from the teachers' point of view is high in all areas. The results of the study showed that the level of transparency of educational decisions among school principals in the Ramtha Education Directorate, from the teachers' perspective, was high in all areas. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive correlation between the areas of institutional governance and the areas of transparency of educational decisions.
