The overall view of the Hanafi school and its impact on the interpretation of legal texts and their rulings (usury as a model)
This research dealt with the clarification of the meaning of the aggregate according to the Hanafi school and its impact on the jurisprudential branches related to usury as a model for the term ?aggregate? according to them. Where clarity and ambiguity are a clear effect that cannot be overlooked or neglected in the interpretation and understanding of the legal texts of the jurists, especially since this effect appeared in the way of their jurisprudential deduction and their jurisprudence in arriving at the legal ruling. This study came to show the degree of influence that the ambiguous division of the Hanafi school had on the rulings related to usury.
