Postponement of punishment in Islamic jurisprudence - a comparative study

This paper aims at aims of the punishment and purposes in the Islamic jurisprudence , and also it confirms the issues in which the punishment is adjourned after its affirm achievement on the criminal people by the scholars' authentic ways . The research proved some issues in which the punishment (punition) is adjourned as : pregnant women , sickness , the refuge to AL-Haram , and the difference of(faithful and the faithless) , and the paper discussed the scholars' points of view , juristic evidences and their mid opinion . The research proved the issues in which the punishment is adjourned , if the obstacle (Is) removed the punishment will be judged .
