The rules of the origins of hadith

The researcher explained the subject of the hadith rule, as it is: (a total hadith issue that applies to all its parts in order to identify its provisions from them), explaining the rules of hadith recitation: comprehension - regularity - brevity, and the importance of hadith recitation, as it is a way to know the conditions of the bond and the text, to reach the fruit of hadith science represented Knowing the accepted hadith from the yield. The study also dealt with the history of Taq?id among the modernists since the emergence of Hadith sciences through its historical stages to our contemporary time, and the most important developments that appeared during those historical stages. The researcher also showed the modernists? approach to taqeed: its methods, expressions and types, explaining taqeed by inference, and by induction. The researcher presented a proposed model for the hadith rules according to the mentioned controls.
