Transparency management and its applications in the light of the Sunnah"Consolidating Study

Transparency means clarity and frankness and openness in public administration, these meanings appear clearly evident in the applications of the Prophet, this studyaims to collect and study and analyze the attitudes of the Prophet in this area , and indicate how to apply transparency in the Sunnah , the means ,the goals and limitations of transparency. The study concluded that the achievement of justice and equality was the most important goals of transparency achieved by the Sunnah , through disclosure , accounting and other methods , and at the same time the Sunnah laydown some restrictions on transparency in order to preserve the higher interests of the Islamic state, and taking into account issues of personal information. The study recommended that the expansion of the study of transparency in the Sunnah , and its application in various administrative areas .
