The impact of gharar in the contract on the public order and its contemporary images

How much gharar affect social order . This study aimed to explain what gharar is , And what is its definition , what is the social order in Islam , and what are the related words of these definitions. Also this study aims to specify the type of gharar that affects the contractual practices in fiqh , and to bring to light the jurisprudence about these practices , and detect some of the types of contemporary contracts that involve gharar and affect in social order And to achieve the goal of this study this is study for the deductive and inductive method, The study resulted on , Gharar Is one of the flaws that affect the contract but in diversity in between the stage ,Gharar that affects the contract and the social order is the gharar that is considered to be obscene , The gharar that affects the contract and the social order is to applicate to new contractual practices
