Integration of Waqf in the Islamic Jurisprudence

The present study highlights the concept of synergy endowments (Waqfs) and legitimacy, and presented and discussed the sayings and evidences of Jurists in this regards in order to reach the most correct ones. It showed also the rationale legitimacy and economic synergy endowments. The study then shed the light on legitimate rules that must be considered in the synergy endowments and showed those images that can be mutually supporting endowments of which are: replace outlay endowment, or emerge the endowment with another one, or reconstructing it from another endowment yields, or even borrowing from it. Moreover, the study presented the endowment instruments.
