The legislative drafting of the pillars of the marriage contract in the Omani Personal Status Law, a comparative study

This study deals with the legislative drafting of marriage under the Omani personal status law, as consistency and coherence between the provisions of the law that bequeathed to us by this wording, the study found that this wording has led to some inconsistencies between the provisions of the law, and that the wording of some of these substances may lead to conflict between the theory and practice. As such, this study provides a number of recommendations that may play a role in removing the gaps between the provisions of this law
