Network Marketing: its origin, concept and application mechanisms Acomparative Jurisprudential Study.
This study aims to clarify the issue of network marketing in terms of its definition, origin and evolution. It, also, shows the mechanisms, systems and forms used in applying and practicing this model of marketing. The study, after all, presents the Islamic rules and the jurisprudential differences that pertain to network marketing. The present study concludes that modern pattern of network marketing differs from its old and traditional patterns in terms of profit plans, systems and forms used in practicing it. Network marketing, based on such difference, is divided into several sections. Some of these sections conform to the Islamic Shari?a rules, whereas some violate such rules in terms of the origin and application, and thus need to be restructured so that they conform to the Islamic Shari?a rules and achieve the purpose of network marketing.
