The needed Training Needs of the physical Education Teachers Though out their Service in Kuwait

This study aimed to identify the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait from their perspective, and it aimed to identify the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait according to the variables (gender, educational qualification and experience). The researcher used descriptive approach for its suitability to nature and objectives of the current study, through the questionnaire as tool for collect the data. The sample of the study consisted of (302) males and females teachers from physical education teachers to moderate stage in the academic year 2015- 2016. The results of the study showed there were statistically significant differences between the Arithmetic means for answers of individuals sample study about all domains of the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait a tool as a whole, attributed to gender variable. The results indicated to there were statistically significant differences between the Arithmetic means for answers of individuals sample study about all domains of the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait a tool as a whole, attributed to educational qualification variable. There were statistically significant differences between the Arithmetic means for answers of individuals sample study about two domains (academic, creativity and thinking skills) attributed to experience variable.
