The Prince Al-Hussein Bin Abdullah II Faculty of Information Technology hosted Mr. Saed Al-Sabbagh, the Public Relations Director at Huawei Jordan. During his visit, he met with the faculty members to introduce the Huawei Academy, which was recently established at Al al-Bayt University based on a memorandum of understanding signed with Huawei. Mr. Saed provided an overview of the fully funded training opportunities available to both faculty members and students, covered entirely by the company.

He also met with students from the Faculty of Information Technology, informing them about the available training opportunities that would enable them to obtain accredited IT certifications through the Huawei Academy at Al al-Bayt University. Additionally, he announced the launch of the 2024 Huawei ICT Competition and explained the registration process.

The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, Prof. Mohammad Jaradat, the Head of the Computer Science Department, Dr. Wael Qasas, Huawei Academy Coordinator at the university, Engineer Rami Jaradat, and several faculty members from the college.
