Environmental Engineering Laboratory
Description
This course includes an introduction to the equipment used in water quality testing and a number of lab experiments along with the associated calculations and an interpretation of results. The following experiments are conducted: PH, electrical conductivity, turbidity, total suspended solids, total dissolved solids, fixed solids, volatile solids, settleable solids, chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen demand, total organic carbon, nitrogen forms, and fecal coliform.
