the political attitudes and opinion of Abdullah bin Abbas

Abstract This study tackles the political attitudes and opinion of Abdullah bin Abbas (the companion of prophet Mohammad peace be upon to him ) the political uprising ,at his time and to examine his attitude toward conflictting parties ?anti or pro- ali bin abi talib caliphate . Finaly,the research analyzed bin abbas opinions about ummaiad caliphate ,its foundation ,his recognisation of the legitimacy of ummayid sovereignty ,and his view of the political opponents at that time.
