The first session was chaired by Professor Dr. Hammoud Alimat, during which Dr. Ahmed Al-Fawaier and Dr. Fatima Al-Riyamiya from the Sultanate of Oman spoke about social media addiction and its relationship to cyberbullying among academically delayed students at Nizwa University in Oman. Engineer Rabie Abu Shamla and Professor Dr. Salman Al-Talahmeh from Palestine spoke about the reality of applying comprehensive quality standards in meeting the needs of students with disabilities in Palestinian technical colleges. Professor Hanan Al-Tantawi and Dr. Louay Al-Ghazawi from Palestine also spoke about the reality of the rights of people with disabilities in Islamic Sharia and Palestinian legislation and the extent of their implementation.


The second session was chaired by Professor Dr. Suleiman Al-Qadiri, during which Dr. Mayada Azzam Abdel Qader from Palestine spoke about the reality of digital accessibility in electronic learning platforms and environments for deaf and mute students from the point of view of their teachers in upper basic government schools in the northern West Bank governorates. Dr. Sumaya Rababah from Jordan discussed the degree to which digital leadership is practiced by principals of government schools in the Al-Koura Brigade Directorate from the point of view of teachers of the first three grades. At the end of the sessions, there was an extensive dialogue between the attendees.


In the third session, which was chaired by Professor Dr. Ali Alimat, Dr. Diana Nabil Abu Hamad spoke, explaining the importance of employing artificial intelligence technologies in computer curricula in developing graphic design skills.


Dr. Mamoun Zboune mentioned in his research paper the importance of identifying the skills related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the extent to which vocational education teachers are able to employ them in the educational process.


In the third paper of the third session, Dr. Amira Alimat, Ghada Al-Fayez, and Dhaifallah Al-Sharman from the Hashemite University spoke about the extent to which Hashemite University students are satisfied with the use of technology in university education and student services.


In the fourth session, which was chaired by Professor Dr. Muhammad Alimat from the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Dr. Umaima Mughayrah from the Ministry of Education spoke about the role of digital leadership in improving the performance of educational leaders in government educational institutions in the Mafraq Governorate.


Dr. Rahma Al-Jabour also spoke about the degree to which teachers of the vocational and technical education program possess the skills of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in teaching in the Muwaqqar Brigade.


In the fifth session, which was chaired by Dr. Mamoun Al-Zboun, researcher Abeer Tubaishat showed the trends of students of the Department of Mathematics in Jordanian universities regarding the use of artificial intelligence applications to support the educational process, and Dr. Rabab Tahboub discussed the future of e-learning and blended learning in light of advanced technologies.


The session concluded with a paper by researchers Farid Al-Khazaaleh and Ruba Al-Fawaz, which discussed the impact of teaching science using digital films on the achievement of third grade students.​
