A Comprehensive Survey of the Utilization of Information Technologies in Education During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Jordan

During the last two years, the COVID-19 pandemic forced most countries worldwide to apply policies to controlthe number of positive cases of COVID-19. One of these policies was a lockdown of two types: partial andcomplete. During the lockdown, information technologies (IT) played a major role in the sustainability ofgovernmental services. In this paper, a comprehensive survey of the utilization of IT tools in facing thepandemic is presented.
