The degree of crisis management practice among secondary school principals in Palestine and its relationship to some variables
The study aimed to identify crisis management strategies among secondary school principals in Palestine. The study sample consisted of (401) teachers from schools in Palestine. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive approach was followed. The results showed that the degree of application of crisis management was average. The results also showed that there are no differences between the average responses of the study sample attributed to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and directorate, while there are differences according to the variable of experience in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience. It was also found that there are differences in crisis management, according to the variable of gender and in favor of males, while there are no differences according to the variables of academic qualification, directorate, while there are differences according to the variable of experience in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience.
