The relationship between the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership and quality of Work Life among academic leaders according to the viewpoint of faculty members at Jordanian Universities
Objectives: This study aimed to examine the relationship between the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership and quality of Work Life among academic leaders according to the viewpoint of faculty members at Jordanian Universities.
Methods: The study used the descriptive correlational approach was used. The study sample consisted of (147) faculty members chosen using a simple random method. The questionnaire was used as a study tool consisting of (49) items distributed across two areas: (dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership and quality of Work Life) after its validity and reliability were confirmed.
Results: The results of the study showed that the level of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions was moderate, t, and the level of quality of work life was moderate. This study shows a statistically positive relationship between the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership (strategic vision, initiative, creativity, risk-taking, and investing in opportunities) and quality of work life.
Conclusions: The study recommends developing the skills of academic leaders at the university to enable them to form a clear vision of the best practices of entrepreneurial leadership and their relationship to quality of work life and holding training courses.
