The jurists and their trying to contain separatist movements in the Islamic state
This research aims to review the position of Sharia law books on an issue of greatimportance, it is an issue of holding the power by force, and the theorization of it byjurists. Through this thought, the Muslim jurist has tried to find a consensual viewbetween the caliphate as a religious, guarantor and sponsor of Islamic society andthe Islamic state, and the overpowering prince who holds the donia power in hishands, in order that this conqueror does not come out of the caliphate, a kind ofconsensus has been found by the jurists, which is to satisfy the caliph with thereligious and nominal authority over the conquering prince, in return, the caliphconferred upon this conquest a mandate by virtue of what fell under his hand fromthe country, and on this basis the relationship between the caliph and the conquestprinces was built.
