Al al-Bayt University Student Represents Jordan in Qimam Fellowship 2025 with Distinct Achievement

Al al-Bayt University extends its congratulations to student Nadine Ismail Tilkh, from the Faculty of Information Technology – majoring in Management Information Systems, on the occasion of her graduation from the Qimam Fellowship 2025 Program, which was held for the first time in Jordan after its success in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

Nadine distinguished herself amid strong competition, as more than 5,000 students from various Jordanian universities applied to the program. Of those, 80 advanced to the interview stage, with only 24 participants selected for the final round. Nadine was the sole representative of Al al-Bayt University among this elite group.

The program lasted for 12 intensive days at the Sheraton Hotel in Amman, including one-on-one mentorship sessions with executive leaders and experts from leading local and international companies, in addition to workshops, developmental courses, and field visits. All of these activities were designed to develop leadership and professional skills, empowering participants to enter the job market with confidence and competence.

The Qimam Fellowship Program is one of the most prominent regional and global initiatives dedicated to empowering promising university student leaders. It is supported by more than 50 international and local companies, including McKinsey & Company, which reinforces its role as a leading platform for identifying and empowering outstanding youth.

This achievement by Nadine represents not only her personal success but also that of Al al-Bayt University as a whole, affirming that its students possess the ability to compete and excel both nationally and internationally.

We wish our students continued success and excellence, so that they may always be the best ambassadors for their university and their homeland.
