Impact of the Quality of Financial and Banking Applications Used on Smartphone on the customer Satisfaction of Jordanian Islamic Bank
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of financial and banking applications through the dimensions (information security, trust, privacy) used on smart phones on the satisfaction of customers of Jordanian Islamic banks. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach in constructing the study, and the study population represented all customers of Jordanian Islamic banks. The researcher developed the study tool (the questionnaire) to suit the axes of the study, and the study sample represents a random sample of customers of Islamic banks. The study tool was distributed to them and the researcher was able to reach (249) respondents, as the questionnaire was distributed to them electronically, and among the most prominent results.The study was: There is a high level of use of financial and banking applications used on smart phones in Islamic banks, and the dimension (privacy) has been ranked with the highest degree of importance, according to the sample?s answers. The results showed an impact on the quality of financial and banking applications used on smartphones through their dimensions (information security, trust, privacy) at a significance level (? ? 0.05).On customer satisfaction of Jordanian Islamic banks. Among the most prominent recommendations were: paying greater attention to quality factors related to financial and banking applications by focusing on the dimensions of information security, trust, privacy, and data protection because of their significant role and impact on customers using those applications. The possibility of conducting further research and studies regarding the factors affecting the quality of applications. Finance and banking through smart phones for electronic banking services provided to customers.
