The Impact of Innovative Leadership on the Strategic Intelligence in the Insurance Companies in Jordan
The aim of the study was to examine the impact of innovative leadership practices on strategic intelligence in insurance companies in Jordan. Data were primarily gathered through the questionnaires which were distributed to the managers of the different levels. In total, (256) responses were received including (18) invalid to statistical analysis due to uncompleted or inaccurate. Hence, the final questionnaires contained (238) responses suitable to analysis requirements. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to test hypotheses. The results showed that all innovative leadership dimensions have a positive impact relationship on strategic intelligence except changeability which has no impact on Strategic Intelligence. Based on the study results, managers and decision makers of insurance companies have to instill enthusiasm and courage in employees, allowing them to express themselves more freely, with follow-up to identify complaints that may arise from a lack of knowledge or a lack of coordination or integration between departments and units at the institutional level.
