Authentic Leadership and Its Impact on Sustainable Performance: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Ability in Jordan Customs Department
The study aimed to identify the impact of authentic leadership on sustainable performance through knowledge Ability from the point of view of employees in Jordan customs department. The study population consisted of all 678 employees in the border centers of the Jordan Customs Service, where a random sample was taken proportional represented by the study population by 271 individuals, and the study used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), in addition to using the Amos program. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of authentic leadership in sustainable performance through knowledge Ability from the point of view of employees in border centers in the Jordan Customs Department. The study recommended a set of recommendations and suggestions that contribute to maintaining the sustainability of performance and enhancing growth and development in the Jordanian Customs Department
