The Board of Trustees of Al al-Bayt University chaired by Prof Ali Al-Mahafdhah held its sessions in attendance of its members, namely: Prof. Hani Al-Dmour, Prof. Khaled Al-Toura, Prof. Khalaf Al-Masa'eed, Prof. Abdullah Abu Hamad, Prof. Lama Awawdeh, Mr. Sharif Al-Rawashdeh, Mr. Abdullah Ghoushah, Mrs. Deema Sekhtyan, Mr. Aref Al-Jaraydah, Eng. Saleh Al-Ghweiri, and Mr. Zayed Asmairan. The Board approved a number of decisions as follows:

1.     Electing Prof. Khalaf Al-Masa'eed as a Vice Charman of the Board.

2.     Forming the permanent committees of the Board, namely: the Academic, Administrative and Financial Committee and the Administrative Committee of the Investment Fund.

3.     Assigning to the Higher Education Council to establish the “Department of Information Technology" at Prince Al-Hussein Bin Abdullah College of Information Technology and localize the programs of “Data Science and Artificial Intelligence" and “Cybersecurity" in the mentioned department.

4.     Recommending to the Higher Education Council to approve creating four departments in the School of Foreign Languages and localizing academic programs in it as follows:

• The Department of English Language and Literature / localizing the bachelor program of English Language and Literature, master's program in Literature and Criticism (thesis and comprehensive exam), master's program in Linguistics (thesis and comprehensive exam).
• The Department of French Language / localizing the bachelor' program of Language and Literature / French-English.
• The Department of Spanish Language / localizing the bachelor' program of Language and Literature / Spanish-English.
• The Department of Italian Language / localizing the bachelor' program of Language and Literature / Italian-English.

5.     Assigning to the Higher Education Council to approve the resettlement of the master's program of Islamic Education Curriculum and Instruction Methods in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the Faculty of Educational Sciences as of the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023.

6.     Assigning to the Higher Education Council to approve the resettlement of the master's program of Economics and Islamic Banks in the Faculty of Shari'a as of the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023.

7.     Recommending to the Higher Education Council to approve opening a branch of Al al-Bayt University for graduate studies in the permanent building of the university in Amman.

8.     Approving the amendment of admission provisions of the University workers' children for the academic year 2022/2023.

9.     Approving the proposal of the number of students to be admitted in the first semester of 2022/2023 for the bachelor and graduate studies degrees.

10. Referring a number of the subjects on the Board's agenda to the academic and financial committees to be studied later and provide the Board with the recommendations.
