Al-Dmour sponsors the scientific day of Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah Faculty of Information Technology

President of Al al-Bayt University, Prof. Hani Al-Dmour, inaugurated the activities of the scientific day of Prince Al-Hussein Bin Abdullah Faculty of Information Technology, accompanied by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mohammad Al-Harahsheh, the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Omar Al-Ateen, and the Vice President for Planning and Development Prof. Bassam Mahasneh.

The scientific day included an exhibition of graduation projects with the participation of more than 60 projects submitted by students, and a job fair with the participation of many entrepreneuring companies in the world of information technology with the aim of serving graduate students to enter the labor market.

Prof. Al-Dmour, expressed his admiration of the outstanding level of the graduation projects, which provide services and technological facilities that benefit society and humanity.

The scientific day also included holding several scientific seminars specialized in cybersecurity, digital drugs, smart stations for information technology and technology for people with disabilities.

On this day, Prof. Al-Dmour, inaugurated the new laboratory of Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah Faculty of Information Technology, in attendance of the Dean, Prof. Khaled Batiha, the vice dean, head of the executive committee of the scientific day, Dr. Badr Al-Fawaz, the companies' coordinator, Dr. Mufleh Dhiabat, the coordinator of graduation projects, Dr. Atallah Shatnawi, and a number of Faculty members and students.

The Center for Consultation and Community Development participated in this day, where Dr. Mohammad Al-Shara'a stated that the center contributed to networking with local companies and student entrepreneurs and provided free courses for students to qualify them to enter the labor market. He added that there was an active participation from the Solid Code Club for programming, which is managed by the Faculty students.

The scientific day of the Faculty included evaluating the best three graduation projects and offering certificates of appreciation to the participating parties.
