The Board of Trustees of Al al-Bayt University, chaired by Prof. Mohammad Adnan Al-Bakhit and attended by President of the University, Prof. Hani Al-Dmour, His Excellency Mr. Mohammad Akhu Rashida / Vice Chair of the Board, His Excellency Prof. Yousef Al-Sawalma, His Excellency Eng. Abdul-Wahhab Al-Zoubi, His Excellency Mr. Khaled Abu Zaid, His Excellency Dr. Adnan Al-Tubasi, His Excellency Dr. Musa Al-Saudi, His Excellency Eng. Abdullah Ghosheh, and His Excellency Mahmoud Al-Afif, approved the following decisions:

1. assign to the Higher Education Council to approve offering a higher diploma program for pre-service teacher preparation and qualification, in cooperation with the US Agency for International Development, in the Curriculum and Teaching Department at the Faculty of Educational Sciences as of next year 2022/2023.
2. assign to the Higher Education Council to approve the amendment of Article 7/b of the health insurance law at Al al-Bayt University, so that unemployed single children are included in the health insurance umbrella until the age of twenty-five.
3. recommend to the Higher Education Council to approve the amendment of Article 2 of the personnel law at Al al-Bayt University, by adding the word unit to the organizational structure of the university, in accordance with the Jordanian Universities Law No. 18 of 2019 and its amendments.
4. approve the 2021 financial and administrative report of Al al-Bayt University, and submit it to the Higher Education Council.

approve the establishment of a Center for Community Development and Service at Al al-Bayt University based on Al al-Bayt university's goals of establishment, including achieving sustainable development, serving local communities, seeking to develop, modernize and facilitate services provided to the university and local community, as well as in line with the university's visions to support and empower all societal segments ​
