This study aims at showing the emergence of alienation in Iranian women's novels. The novels under study show that alienation results from the hegemony of political and social power, the study has been divided into two parts: political alienation and social alienation. On the basis of this study, we can say that political and social engagement is the first step to be free from political and social alienation.
