This research, through an analytical study, deals with a group of Hadiths that command to controvert the infidels, to examine the impact of this command on the originality of Islamic law and its independency. To find out that Controvert the Infidels is not the only reason for such judgments, but there was another reason for every single judgment, with a higher object, that is the superiority of Islamic nation, through finding the better alternative
