The degree of the practice of strategic human resources planning among the administrative leaders at Al al-Bayt University from the point of view of its employees.
The study aims to identify the viewpoint of employees towards the extent of practice of human resources strategic planning among administrative leaders at Al al-Bayt University and to test the variations in those views according to employees? personal views as well as to their position in the university. The descriptive survey methodology is used, and the study population consisted of all administrative staff who hold a diploma of community college and above at Al al-Bayt University for the second semester 2018/2019 and their number is 430 employees. The sample of the study is selected by simple random method that involved 186 staff members at Al al-Bayt University. The study concluded that the degree of the strategic planning of human resources among the administrative leaders at Al al-Bayt University from the viewpoint of its employees is moderate. The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences attributed to the sex variable. Planning and evaluation differences were in favor of females, while the differences in the results were in favor of males in the areas of implementation and control. Furthermore, the study found differences attributable to the variable of academic degree. The differences were in favor of bachelor?s degree holders. However, differences were in favor of a postgraduate degree holders in the field of implementation. Likewise, there are some differences attributable to the variable of years of experience in all fields; all differences were in favor of employees with five-year work experience and less though.
