This study aims to explore the reality of employing e-learning platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic from Amman vocational education teachers' perspectives. Due to the nature of the study, the descriptive survey method is used, where the study sample consists of (100) vocational education teachers randomly selected in the capital, Amman. To answer the study questions, a three-domain questionnaire is used to measure the reality of employing e-learning platforms from the viewpoint of vocational education teachers in the capital, Amman, as follows: the reality of the e-learning platform system for blended learning courses by (9) items, the competencies of planning, designing and managing blended learning courses through the e-learning management system by (21) items, and the reality of employing the e-learning platform system by (12) items. To answer the questions of the study, the arithmetic means, standard deviations of the study sample and the three-way analysis of variance are calculated. The results show that the reality of the e-learning platform system for blended learning courses is of a high degree, the competencies of planning, designing, and managing blended learning courses through the e-learning management system are of a high degree, and the reality of employing the e-learning platform system is of a high degree. The results also show that there are no statistically significant differences (? = 0.05) due to the effect of gender. Importantly, the study recommends generalizing the reality of using e-learning platforms to various school subjects, holding workshops and training courses on how to use e-learning platforms, and conducting more studies, but with different designs and measurement instruments.
