An Approach for Requirement Prioritization Based on Hanlon Method
Software is playing a more and bigger role in our lives. The ultimate goal of software engineering is to create software
that satisfies user needs. In order to accomplish this, requirement prioritization is crucial. Although there are several
methods used for requirement prioritization, very few of them have gained widespread acceptance. This is due to the
fact that they are complex, inconsistent, and difficult to apply. This study suggests a more practical approach to
requirement prioritization. The suggested method employs the Hanlon method after taking into account the
significance of requirements, their interdependence, and the risks connected to each demand. Due to the proposed
method's effectiveness and simplicity, this study urges the software industry to prioritize its needs.
