THE EFFECT OF BREACHING THE PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT ON THE NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR OF THE WORKERS OF THE FIVE-STAR HOTELS IN JORDAN
This study aimed at investigating the effect of breaching the psychological contract on the negative behavior of workers of the Five-Star Hotels in Jordan. The sample of the study was (249) workers of 12 five-star hotels in Jordan. The study was based on the following hypothesis that there was no statistically significant effect at the level of significance (a< 0.05) for breaching the psychological contract (transaction contract, relational contract, and balanced contract) on the negative behaviour of workers of five-star hotels. The questionnaire was used to collect data while the regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The arithmetic means were also used to contrast the responses. The findings of the study came as following (i) the breach of the psychological contract was directly related to the negative behaviour of the workers,(ii) the adherence to the psychological contract reduced the negative behaviour of ?
